ambassador with group of kids Ambassador Stanton attended the U.S. Navy Seabees ribbon cutting ceremony of Tibar Kindergarten School. The construction of the kindergarten school building started in September 2014 and was completed in January 2015. Since 2008 Seabees have operated in 7 districts and completed over 93 projects.
