You can apply for a passport at the U.S. Embassy, located at Avenida de Portugal, Praia dos Coqueiros, Dili, Timor-Leste, tel: (670) 332-4684, fax: (670) 331-3206. The U.S. Embassy is open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, except when closed for an official holiday.

Routine consular services are available from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Appointments can be arranged online. Please email consdili@state.gov if you have questions.
